There are many imitations and iterations on the internet of chain necklaces like this but Atelier McChang's take the cake by far. I've found it pairs phenomenally well with the Vermeer Antique Genuine Freshwater Pearl Earrings as well as the Twisted Hoops in the 24k gold-plated Chunky Hoop Earrings section in particular - they pretty much match perfectly! The pearl is beautifully iridescent and I just love the warm gold hue; it's simply perfect for summer. I've worn it both to work and out of the house many times now and every time it's wildly scaled up everything I've worn (and looks especially fantastic with blouses!). 10/10, would recommend. I got it for myself but can easily imagine this would make a nice gift for someone with a summer birthday.

I love these earrings! I've worn them more than a few times to work now and they've always added extra class to everything I wear. I absolutely love catching the glint of the mother-of-pearl and gold in my reflection and would adore to see a matching necklace version!

I bought the 5mm version of the white, freshwater pearl choker necklace with the gold beads for a destination wedding in Hawai'i that I very rapidly had to plan an outfit for. As a semi-official bridesmaid, I knew immediately I wanted to wear pearls and that this necklace would fit the bill! Ordering early helped and it arrived fairly early too, which was a massive relief. The necklace looks fantastic on me and really helped to pull the look of my dress together. I couldn't be happier! It also turned out my instinct to get this necklace was 100% right: asymmetrical pearls like these are sold everywhere in the part of Hawaii we were staying at, but in the short time I was there, I didn't see a single pearl necklace nearly as guaranteed high quality as Atelier McChang's, and this one has just enough of a tropical look without veering away from its lovely classiness, which was exactly within the fashion parameters the bride had requested. I realized my outfit looked just a little empty without a bracelet to match, and luckily I was able to find a similar-enough-looking one at a local outlet, which did make me wish Atelier McChang would make matching bracelets at the time of this writing (partly because I realized the one I got was overpriced after I found an identical one at a store just down the street for about the same price I paid for the necklace [everything's overpriced in Hawai'i, smh]! I did really want to buy the Minimal Gold Pearl bracelet as well, but it was sold out before I could). Thankfully though, it all worked out perfectly well in the end. One of the wedding guests even complimented me and said my whole look was very chic :D I couldn't have done it without Atelier McChang saving the day and I can't wait to wear these gorgeous pearls again!
