Is my parcel being tracked?
- When ordering your item, there will be tracked delivery options available at checkout. Without tracking upgrade, all orders are dispatched untracked.

Where is my item, the due delivery date has passed?

This means it could be having some issues with the parcel delivery services; this could be that it is lost, please get in contact if it does not arrive a week after it should have.
If outside of the UK, this could mean it is still with customs at present.

I do not like the item, what do I do?
- That is not a problem! Contact us with an image of the product and explain the reasoning and we will provide you with an address to send it back to, when we receive it we will give you a refund!

Can I customise the length of the necklace I am buying?

If the description says customisable length, yes, in this case, there should be a note for you to write down what you would like, however if there is not, please send us your order number and state what length you would like instead!

Sadly with the amount of workload we can sometimes have, we cannot do gift note messages. However, all our items arrive in gift packaging!

Get in contact as soon as possible to prevent it being sent to the wrong address, dispatch takes around 2-3 days after ordering, so the sooner the better!

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. This can sometimes be quicker or slower depending on the time of the year.

When will this come back in stock?
- Anything that is out of stock usually will be restocked within a week to 2 weeks after it is sold out, if after this time it is not back up on the store, this could mean we are discontinuing it. If you still would like that item, please double check with us to see if it will come back.
