With one of these cubic zirconia encrusted 24k gold plated brass ear cuff, enjoy the look of cartilage/conch piercing without actually piercing! 1.4cm in diameter. (Sold in singles).

Cubic Ring: 3mm thick
Barbed Wire: 7mm at thickest.
