Intricate, gold sacred heart pendant with mother of pearl inlay, on dainty satellite chain. The pendant measures 1.5cm x 2.4cm.

All parts are 24k gold plated brass and hypoallergenic. Please handle the necklace carefully and clean carefully with toothpaste if it becomes darker.
