These flat back piercings feature a red heart with a spiky exterior, available in gold and silver and made out of implant grade titanium and gold PVD coating for gold version.
Screw thread is inside the bar so the exterior looks smooth and can be worn in a helix, tragus, anti-tragus, flat or conch piercing.
All our items come in beautiful 100% plastic free packaging and are great for gift-giving.
